Founder

Nathalie

Nathalie is a Mat and Reformer-trained Pilates instructor and licensed clinical psychologist with a deep passion for movement, mental health, and inclusive wellness. Her work is rooted in the belief that how we move our bodies is deeply connected to how we care for our minds.
Nathalie’s journey into Pilates began as an extension of her work in psychology. While supporting clients through anxiety, depression, and burnout, she saw firsthand how powerful intentional movement could be in restoring balance and confidence. Pilates became a way to bring that healing off the therapy couch and into the body - offering a space where strength and come together.
With a strong commitment to accessibility and representation in wellness spaces, Nathalie teaches classes that are grounding and inclusive. Her classes focus on building resilience while encouraging students to listen to their bodies and move with intention.
