Our values

  1. Respect and Safety: We maintain a non-judgmental environment where kindness and respect are a must. Every client is met where they are, and their personal comfort and safety are our highest priorities.

  2. Adaptable Movement: We are committed to providing personalized modifications and cueing, ensuring the movement is accessible and effective for diverse bodies and abilities. We celebrate your individual journey and recognize that "one size fits all" has no place here.

  3. Welcoming Community: North End Pilates is a sanctuary from the outside world. We actively cultivate a warm, supportive community that focuses on shared progress and well-being, where everyone belongs and feels valued the moment they step through the doors.

Meet the Owner

Maya Fischer-Mueller

Maya is a Pilates instructor with a deep passion for movement, health, and helping others feel their best. She earned her BS in Public Health and Health Sciences from the University of Massachusetts, where she developed a strong foundation in wellness and the power of prevention.

Her journey to Mount Everest was a turning point—while trekking, she realized how significantly movement impacts both mental and physical health. That experience inspired her to dedicate her career to helping others connect with their bodies and minds through Pilates. After completing her Mat Pilates Certification and 450-hour Comprehensive Pilates Training through the Equinox Training Institute, Maya found her purpose in guiding others toward strength, balance, and confidence.

Maya believes that good health should be accessible to everyone. Her classes create a welcoming, inclusive space where all students can move freely, feel supported, and build confidence from the inside out.
